It is up to you to be strong-minded enough to raise your self esteem and then you are on your way to success so don’t let your dwindling self esteem destroy your life cause the way you see yourself determines how you interact with others. The origin of low self esteem. Low self esteem could begin way back in childhood when children are made to believe that they aren’t worth anything. Their sense of self confidence becomes eroded. and they succumb to the idea that they will never succeed in any task they undertake so they get picked on, laughed at, pushed around, called degrading names and generally treated like trash it’s no wonder they grew up to be with so much resent.

If that sounds familiar it is time you cut yourself loose from that way of thinking and work on increasing your sense of self worth. Start reading about the life of successful persons and you’ll realize that many of them did not think much of themselves and they couldn’t complete an elementary education. Many of them have gotten past this problem, to create a better image of themselves and were willing to do whatever it took and a lot of them turned into the greatest men and women that ever lived.

A bad image of oneself has never helped anyone else and it definitely won’t help you because all it can do for you, is plunge you into a depression, anger, grudge, fear and the other effects that it generates. Rework the way you think and control your state of mind because you need to believe that you are worth much more than you actually believe or you will remain at the foot of the ladder and never even test your weight on the first rung. Do not waste your life away feeling inadequate instead, think of ways of improving yourself because you are able to succeed, you just have to reach out and take it.
