The ability to motivate yourself to exercise each day is one of the hardest things to do when you start out.¬† The beginning is somewhat easy as there is some level of interest that made you get our of your chair in the first place.¬† More than likely it was a glimpse in a mirror when you were somewhere other than home.¬† This usually happens when you travel as you don’t mind looking at yourself when you are in your own bathroom, but get to those full length mirrors in a hotel room and you take on the look of “Jabba the Hut”.
As soon as you get home, you start out with the greatest intention of doing this everyday until you lose all the weight you put on since high school.¬† Then you do that one day of exercise and you don’t really feel that feeling you got when you passed that mirror. ¬† Most find that this exercise stuff just doesn’t fit in with¬†your day.¬† You may even convince yourself¬† that you don’t even have to exercise. “Maybe if I just eat a little less the weight will come off”¬†or¬† “I know this girl that said she just had Jello every day for a month and lost 30 pounds.”
This is hard enough right?¬† You’ve only been back 2 days and you’ve already came up with excuses as to why this wasn’t such a good idea.¬† Well I’ve been there too and I want to say that there is a product (and very reasonably priced too) that helps you stay on track and keep you going.¬† Check out www.iTRAIN.com for custom-built workouts that you can download to your mp3 player, your computer or burn a CD with!¬† This is done by trained exercise specialists that help you through different routines and keep you interested enough to come back again the next day.
