		<description>I think that as long as you can say to yourself without deceit that you are eating smaller and/or healthier portions everyday and increasing the amount of exercise you do at a steady pace you should be able to shed some weight slowly but surely.  If you push it too much there is no doubt that you will never maintain the standards you have set and eventually you will fall back into old patterns and gain most of the weight back.</description>
