I really like how easy it is to exercise almost wherever you are- sometimes you need to be a bit creative, but there’s always options!
I like to use dumbbells and also just do a lot of body weight exercises and pilates. And walking outside- particularly when the weather is nice:)

Thanks for responding. Too many or us use a busy schedule as to why you can’t get a good workout. Using things at home now makes it much easier.
I agree with Sagan, it’s great to able to exercise whenever you want. Plus, for me, I like the inexpensiviness of my home gym (See my Monday post……………:)
I know I spend more time on my workouts at home.
