A lot of people have been asking me why I wouldwant six pack abs.. I always ask back, who doesn’t? To be able to achieve a certain goal, you must work hard for it. Sacrifices have to be made and you need to learn about the different exercises that will work for you as well as the proper nutritional diet, which will help you reach your goal.
There are different reasons which can motivate a person to begin a regular exercise routine of abdominal workouts. Some people may be trying to tighten their stomach to improve their appearance and some are just plain health buffs. Motivation is one factor that will play a role in your success to get a flat stomach.
Getting rid of belly fat in woman is probably the most difficult task any women may encounter. You can try various cardio routine exercises and abdominal workouts in order to be fit and get that flat abs. Remember that proper nutrition is a must to decrease the percentage of your body fat. If you eat healthy and exercise regularly, achieving ripped abs is not as hard as it may seem.
Thinking about using supplements? They seem great don’t they? They have flashy labels and catchy infomercials on TV where they show people amazing results. WRONG. Almost all of fancy supplements or diet pills which are geared towards losing fat is just a complete waste of money. There are no “magic pills” that will instantly make you lose the layer of fat covering that six pack and expose rock hard abs.
The simple truth is you don’t need supplements or pills to get that beautiful body you’re dreaming of. Knowing how your diet affects your six pack abs is the first step. Follow it up with a commitment to perform a full body exercise regimen that helps burn fat.
We are not talking about simple 10 to 15 minute aerobic workouts here. You want to focus more on strength training exercises such as lunges, squats, dead-lifts, step-ups, swings and snatches. These types of exercises work every muscle in your body and burn the fat at a higher rate than cardio alone.
So, next time you’re off to do another six pack ab workout, keep these ideas in mind. Getting your six pack ab workouts is a lofty goal – and one that is achievable, but you must be willing to literally run the extra mile. and so genetic huh?
even when I competed (bodybuilding) and was leanlean I had no sixpack.
flat stomach for sure (for that hour I was on stage –then it was pretty much over
) but the sixpack? not really.
ooh and if I can ramble more? (thank you!) for me, even then, it was 20% workout and 80% kitchen.

You’re a hero in my eyes, and anyone that has checked out your videos know that you take care of your body. No if we could just keep you from doing curls with motor oil in you neighborhood grocery store, in the car accessories isle, we wouldn’t think you’re obsessed.
I may be too old for that. I just try to keep the abd. firm and flat.
